Hi,

I'm using Xperia U(ST-25i) from past 2 years, but until yesterday it was working fine.

while I was making a call the phone automatically switched off.I thought it to be normal as I have quite a lot of app's installed on my phone. But when I tried to restart is it starts on which means there I no problem with the display but as soon as the home screen appears it switches of again .So I tried re-inserting the battery again but it didn't worked.

After I removed the sim it started working all fine and now whenever I insert the sim again the dose the same again and again

please note I'm also not able to connect my phone to any PC as I don't know why but ever since I got it updated from a service center the problem has been prevailing so there fore I can't connect it to PC companion and update repair.

current android version:2.3.7

Well, if you can't update/repair your phone via PC Companion there isn't much else you can try by yourself. I would recommend that you send in the phone to a service center for repair. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information.
