Xperia Z3 keeps restarting since update

Hope someone can help

Ii've had my Xperia Z3 around a month now, and I updated it today (as instructed). Since then it keeps restarting. It's coming on for around thirty seconds then it restarts again. Help please!

Remove both the SIM and SD cards > repair the phone with PCC once more > report back

Working but now all contacts gone. Beyond gutted. I had backed up this evening on pcc but no backup showing. Lost everything. Actually in tears now

Hi EilidhP,

Welcome to the community,

Regarding the backed up file, the best way to find out if it is gone would be to check the save location on your PC

My Documents > Sony >Phone Backups

If you can find the backup within this location, then all you need to do is use the browse option within Backup & Restore in PC Companion. Find the backup choose it and then you would be able to use it.
