Some app error after otg plugged in

I have moved some apps to sd card (lollipop new feature via setting-app), then I plug the otg flashdisk. Applications which I've moved to sd card is missing and leaving just shortcut, but it will come back again after I reboot.
How to solve it without having to reboot?

You cannot,this happens because apps are not entirely moved to the external memory.

crash all app in SD Card!

When I insert a flash memory with OTG into my Xperia z2, all of app that moved to SD card will lost!

Are you planning to fix this or what?

You don't want us posting new threads about this and you closed the ones already opened (I have a Z3 Dual and I'm facing the same issue) but you also don't provide a fix.

My Z3 came with 16Gb of internal storage, of wich I could ouly use 7 right out the box (that's insanely low, I had a G3 before, same storage but It left 12Gb free so....) you ship phones with low internal storage, you cramp them with bloatware and when we move that to the SD card, there's a bug that doesn't let us use these apps if we use USB storage on the go regularly without a reboot....

How about you clean up your roms from so much garbage and leave us with enough space to actually USE THE PHONES?

And btw, I have used AOSP roms before on the G3 and this is not an Android issue per se, I had apps on the SD card and I could still use them after unmounting external storage so.....

Any official position on this? Does Sony recognize this as a serious bug and will fix it?

This is not a Lollipop issue as my Galaxy S5 w/ Lollipop is working fine when I insert an OTG drive.
