Hi Sony team

I've used Sony Experia for around 2 years without any problem, I recently got some problem with battery dropped down without used it. And when it goes to 45% of battery I note that just every second it drop down fast to 0% just only 3 minutes without used it. Please help me out.

Ok, but PCC is just for repair and update, right? I think I should update my phone and will my battery is back to normal?

If its a software issue it might, but it seems to be a hardware issue.

Perhaps the store were you purchased the phone?

if not you could try to repair it yourself, it will void the warranty and might damage the phone, perhaps buying a new battery might solve the issue, but first repair the phone with PCC and report back.

hi @ Miffed . It's nice that you are keeping informed users of the iisues.I have read all your posts past an hour & this one actually happened with my zl once,too. Now i am thinking to roll back to kitkat as lolipop sometime works great but sometime it just does strange thing like sudden battery drain & this is what i don't want.So thank you .I hope you get back your XZ working.
