Sun, 28 Jun 2015 04:50:00 GMT dkn2610 2015-06-28T04:50:00Z https://community.sony.si/t5/xperia-archive/water-damage/m-p/3385418#M485328 I Recently purchased an Xperia Z3 thinking that the phone's waterproof.<BR />However when I took it out in the rain, I ensured all the flaps were shut tight, but somehow water entered the phone and it shut down.<BR />I sent it to the service center but all they kept telling me was that the liquid indicator was red so iI can't get warranty.<BR />I asked for a WRT and the phone failed the test.<BR />This only states that the error was a defect in a phone, so why can't I get warranty for my product then?<BR />I'm paying around 50k for the phone and they're asking for an estimation of 27k to fix it even though the fault is&nbsp;of the phone.<BR />This is pure non sense.<BR />I've lost all my trust in sony.<BR />Please help me regarding the same.
