    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just gotten my new Z3+ and suddenly it just began to reboot. Now it's stuck in at bootloop and i have tried with PcCompanion reset but it didn't work. Anyone who know how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the device had touch with water? If no and pc companion aren't working you will need to go with your device to the place of purchase or send it to sony.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope it hasnt been in contact with water. I Just got it today fresh out of the box and was opdating some apps when it decided to crash. Ive tried a couple of times with the PcC. now but still doesnt help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>What if you remove the SIM card? Is the SIM card the correct size?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Phy , the Z3+ same as the Z3 only supports a Nano sim. Inserting it the wrong way / upside down or using a normall sim and using the Nanosim and SD card slot to insert the sim wouldn't even recognize the sim so it wouldn't bootloop becuase it wouldn't find and recognize any sim inserted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
