Hi,

It may be related to a hardware issue. But have you tried to clear data for the camera to see if this can help? You can do this via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Camera > Clear data.

Okay, Sorry to hear. I would also suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician in this matter.

Hello. Here in Greece, this week and probably the other one, I don't know how this situation will take, we face economic problems, I think you have heard. At this time we can't withdraw our money, banks are closed. And my phone is the last thing that i will take care. The Sony service care, here in volos, the city I live, is closed. Every day, after work, I am visiting it and the only thing I see is the door closed. Waiting.....

I have the same issue.

I just booted the phone into safe mode and it worked fine so I suspect it's an app that's causing the issue. Any ideas how I can check when an app was updated so I can see which it might be?
