No service/No sim

My phone froze yest and I took Sim out and put back in and now it says no service/no Sim!! I tried another Sim and its the same!! Iv reset to factory settings, done updates and nothing's working! Can someone plz help me??

Yes I'm with o2 as are my children and their phones are working fine.

I assume that the Sim has been inserted the correct way and not inserted wrongly at any point, Then I will also assume that you have a hardware fault which I'm sorry to hear but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

this happened to me when the phone was blocked in Vodafone(vendor) . If the inserted sim is ot from that vendor, phone does not recognize it. try another sim, fom a different phone company.

Try one of your kids Sims. Your's might be damaged.
