I am using Sony experia l.. What I facing is my voice can't be listening to other end.. Sony care said handset is okay.. There must be a network problem.. Airtel is saying no problem in network.. It's a handset problem.. What I am getting is.. After switching on.. Error.. Restricted access change... What is this.. Can anyone help me.. Coz I am tired of being blaming Sony and Airtel both..

Try de-activating noise reduction to see if this is causing the issues. Settings > Call > Noise reduction

I am facing opposir problem, icann't hear other person's voice, tone but can hear in speaker mode. Even music is not playng but OK with earpice. The problem first occured day before yesterday then auomatically solved after one hour. Today i am facing the same issue from morning. Is it hardware or software issue?
