Z2 keeps restarting it self

Hi there!

My friend have a Z2 wich is restarting all the time and we have tried all power resets and it keeps doing that anyway.

But there should be one way to restore the phone if i got it in fastboot but i dont have the driver for that does some one know where i can get it?

in device manager it says "s1 boot fastboot" but windows cant find it and i cant find it anywhere?

so if someone have done this before or have seen this problem please reply here!!

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Thanks for that but.... i have already tried that PC companion cant find the phone because it restarts it self all the time. the computer is trying to install drivers for the phone but when the installations of drivers is about to beginn the phones dies and disconnects from the pc. so i have tried to hold volum up and plug it to the computer "blue" ligt is on and the phone do not restarts it self. problem is that i dont have drivers for "s1 boot fastboot"!!

Well, all required drivers are installed with PC Companion. If the phone can't be repaired via PC Companion, you should contact your local Xperia Support to send the phone in to a service center for repair.

Does it restart itself in SafeMode? Or maybe, will PCC recognize device booted in safe mode?

Well I noticed other funny thing in my Z2, self screen light after pluging to AC/DC charger. First stage is normal, open flap, put the usb cable in the hole, the screen lights up and message "charging" appears, then I press button to turn OFF screen and put the phone away. After 6 seconds the screen is back ON again, and after a setted up time dims and turns OFF again. It doesn't do it all the time, sometimes it's normal. No charging problems, battery stays for 2 days and charges to 100% in 2h 45 min. Any clue?
