Hello,
although you have recently updated the firmware of the Sony dual E4 with kitkat 4.4.4 kernel 3.4.67, programs loaded on the microSD card are disappearing. Furthermore the alarm still does not work in smartphone off.

nonostante avete da poco aggiornato il Firmware del Sony E4 dual con kitkat 4.4.4 kernel 3.4.67, i programmi caricati sulla microsd card continuano a sparire. Inoltre la sveglia continua a non funzionare a smartphone spento.

If your phone is off then no the alarm will not work
