Problem with headset

Need help with C3 dual.
Phone thinks that headset is always plugged in. The problem appeared after upgrade to 5.0.2.
Reboot, hard reset didn't solve the problem.

Try Settings then Apps then swipe to All then locate and open Smart connect and tap on Clear cache and Clear data then reboot and test

Check if there's anything inside, maybe dust. Have you repaired your phone with PCC?

Thommo, done this - no result:(

I tried to turn back to stock version and there was no problem. Everything was fine. After the upgrade headset became always on again.
I'm interested in 5.0.2 so I want to solve this problem

@francisque before you send it for repair, try to plug/unplug headset several times while listening to music or while in a call.

Well, thank you all for answers, but it didn't help. For some reasons I can't send phone for repair.

Summary:
- headphones always on
- when you plug in headphones, it turns off for a second and turns on again.
- headphones and headset work fine
- when you remove headphones, it turns off for a second and turns on again
- phone wasn't in water, snow, etc
- there is no dust or any dirt
- problem appear only after update to 5.0.2
- stock version (4.4. something) works fine. Checked twice
- no result after hard reset or changing settings
- headphones are on right after upgrade. Even before upgrading any apps

Seems 2 solution:
- stock version
- use any app blocking headphones (SoundAbout for example)
