I bought my e4 before 4 days. Charging lasts to long, about 5 hours! Is it normal for new device or my phone is broken? P .S. My English is bad, sorry for that.

Hi,

Just like alexdon said, it depends. Make sure that you use a Sony original charger and depending on the configuration of your phone/active apps, it can take a longer time to charge the device.

First time with original charger and USB cable, than I tried with different chargers, but the same thing happens all the time. My English is bad...Sorry for that

I suggest that you use the original charger. Have you tried to charge the phone while it's booted into safe mode and/or airplane mode to see if you experience a difference?
