Xperia M4 trouble after inserting SIM card

After inserting SIM card in my Xperia M4 Aqua, my phone reset itself and got stuck on the purple screen thingy. I also couldn't turn it off. I had to press the power button and volume buttons to turn it off. Although I tried to reboot it again and again, it still wouldn't turn on.

Remove the SIM and SD cards > Connect the phonee to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 hours > repair the phone with PCC

Are you using the correct SIM card size or did you trimmed a regular SIM card?

I have done all of that and it still won't turn on. And yes, I'm using the correct SIM card size which is a nano SIM card...
