I have my new sony xperia Z. I've just charged myphone for a couple of hours, then suddenly when i played my music using my speaker, My speaker is not working. But when i plugged the earphone, it works. Just my speaker does'nt works. How it will work again?. Please help

No water involvement. I've just charged my phone then all of a sudden my phone speaker does'nt works. I dont know why.

When i click the file it says "cant open the file". How can i install this?. Please help.

You are supposed to install it on your computer > run PCC > click on support zone > repair the phone

Run PCC on your computer > click on Support Zone > reinstall the latest update.

Updating your device using a computer

If you are using a device with multiple users, you must log in as the owner, that is, the primary user, to update the device.

Insufficient remaining storage capacity may prevent updates. Ensure you have sufficient storage capacity before attempting to update.

Minimum battery left in your XPERIA Z Android Phone should be > 50% or else the device might just get turn Off in the middle of update.

You can download and install software updates on your device using a computer with an Internet connection. You need a USB cable and a PC running the PC Companion application or an Apple® Mac® computer running the Sony Bridge for Mac application.

If you don’t have the PC Companion or the Sony Bridge for Mac application installed on the relevant computer, connect your device to the computer using a USB cable and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

To update your device using a computer

Make sure you have the PC Companion application installed on your PC or the Sony Bridge for Mac application installed on the Apple® Mac® computer.
Using a USB cable, connect your device to the computer.
Computer: Launch the PC Companion application or the Sony Bridge for Mac application. After a few moments, the computer detects your device and searches for new software.
Computer: If a new software update is detected, a popup window appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the relevant software updates.

1. Once installed, click Start under Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps
