camera problems

I seem to be having a problem with my Sony Experia z2, I can take photos and record videos but when I go to view them it comes up with "cannot play video" and the photos won't load up(just a black screen). This is very frustrating. Any ideas would be appreciated 👍

Are you saving the pictures on an SD card? if you are, it might be corrupted

Try Clearings the app camera data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the camera app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

Yeah I have them saved on the sd card, I'm assuming they would be corrupted if they are not playing, thanks mate

Reformat the SD card with a computer.
