Touch screen Problem

Hey friends, I bought my xperia z3 dual 1 month ago and it was working good. But yesterday I put my phone on charging, after removing from charging a part of its touch screen from top is not working and I'm unable to pull down notification window. I tried every thing like rebooting factory restore etc but stil the problem is not resolved
Any suggestions???

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Check the upper part of the screen for cracks. The smallest crack could cause the problems your having.
