When I purchased the phone I noticed that the data connection was not available. Wifi has always worked normally I went back to the store where the I bought the phone and they told me that I have to send the phone in and they would reboot the phone. However I would loose all my information on the phone and would be without a phone for at least three weeks I cannot do this as I use this phone for my business and must have it at all times any suggestions

This sounds rather odd, have you tried any troubleshooting? such as downloading Internet settings etc?

What if you try a brand new SIM card?
