I found myself in the worst nightmare that I could have ever imagined. I took it from my pocket like everytime I do and I found my top layer of my phone has cracked and touch pad has stopped working. I heard that Xperia Z1 has this problem and many users have encountered . I'm really depressed about this incident. I have attached the photo of my phone. My warranty has expired just 15 days back. What should I do now ? Can sony help me out in this situation ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
