Xperia Z1 Compact broken screen

Hello, I am having a problem with my Xperia.
screen broken and form two main lines vertically and horizontally.
but when the operation is still running normally, only 80% from the touchscreen does not work due to cracks.
the question is, do I have to replace a full LCD + Screen?
or just need to replace the screen ?

I would apriciate any answer that you will give.

The LCD and Digitizer are separate units but are fused together with a glue so best to replace the whole front assembly unless you are able and have the skills to separate the two units
