Now working properly

Hallo forum users,

Hey I'm new here 😁 and I have some issues with my Xperia z2 with Android 5.0.2

I can not open the camera open the camera in upright format. Sometimes there is an error message, but most of the time there is only a little cut-out to see. Also I can only use the camera on one side in landscape mode. If I turn it on the other side, everything is upside down. 😔 also the Walkman app is not working properly. I can not search for any title, artist or album. Strangely all this is working on the "Guest" user.
That's all for now

I really like the new user interface. But hopefully there will be an update soon. To many problems.
Also not possible to close all apps at once.😒 But I can deal with that. 😉

Also I can not disable pulling down of the status in the lockscreen. So it is possible to turn on flight mode for example. Not good for "my Xperia" 😔

Sorry but I don't quite get what you mean. I've installed installed android 5 with the Sony companies on the computer. In the settings on"software updates" there is no mor updat, also in "What's new". What do you mean with flashtool?

Ft? do I have to root my phone for doing something with flashtool? It's a program for the computer I suppose.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Without rooting can flash normal lollipop ftf with Flashtool
It's safe
If you have any problem with Flashtool then you have to repair with pc companion

If your bootloader is not unlocked then you don't need Flashtool follow my guide and ignore Flashtool

He doesn't need to flash an ftf file with Flashtool. He already has lollipop installed.

DJG - try a software repair with pc companion. That might fix any issues you're having. If it doesn't, then maybe try flashing a different lollipop ftf with Flashtool. If you're using Baltic, try Nordic. If you're using Nordic, try Baltic.

No not working 😔
After the first time of repair the camera didn't work from the beginning on.
Today I've made a second repair and now it's not working again. After about 4 hours and opening the camera two times. I Don't want to do this again. Don't want to sort my homescreen again.
Hope there will be an update with bug fixing very soon. 😐
So I think it's a bug
Does anyone else have this bug???
