Help me about power issue

Hi guys,

I am using xperia tx for about 1.5 years. it's been always like this but i need an urgent fix about my power issue. When i lave my phone standby in the night or anytime during the the whole day, if i am not using at all but something is keeping my Awake all the time (See The Awake Part On The Picture). For this my phone's battery drain overnight. How can i fix this problem. I saw my wife's Samsung phone but that phone is perfect it dosen't have the Awake problem at all when it's on standby.

Guys please help me solve this issue as soon as possible.

Have you enabled Stamina mode and do you switch off Wifi and mobile data as this will keep your phone awake and searching for new emails to sync etc

Yes Thommo i did switch off mobile data and wifi, also switched off auto sync and all the things that could drain battery and keep the phone awake but nothing helped..... always the same.

If all these are switch off then you have an app doing this so if you have Stamina mode enabled and it still happens then it's possible that this app has been added to the exception list

@thommo I am on android 4.1.2 so there is no stamina mode. There's an extended mode which don't have any exception list available. So how do I find the culprit app?

Ah your Eco mode is the Stamina mode and a good question I've not figured this part out except for uninstalling apps one by one and testing or you could try safemode and testing the battery life

@Thommo Tgank you for your quick and valuable reply bro. It is very difficult to find out the app by trying one by one uninstalling but today I am testing my battery life in safe mode lets see what happen. I'll post here the result.

It would be easier to see what is keeping your phone awake if yours phone is rooted. Btw just try it in safe mode and see if problem still occurs.

@Ckovvi can you please tell me how do I find out what is keeping my phone awake if it's rooted? What is the process to find it out. I can root my phone anytime. But I need to know the full process of what you are saying.

Of course mate. You can see that what is drainnig your battery and keeping phone awake by installing Better Battery Stats app from xda forum. It can also work with non rooted phones but for its full working it needs a root access.
