My Xperia t was suffering problems whereby it would just shut down and didn't appear to have enough power to reboot even with 80 percent change.

Sent to Sony for warranty repair (still six months to run on warranty)

Today, received a message requesting over £50 to repair.

Have spoken to chat support who inform me that warranty is void, but won't tell me why!

Could anybody suggest why this would be? Phone has never been abused. Always kept in case with screen protector.

Thanks

Thanks. I'll await for Xperia care to provide an explanation. none of your suggested warranty voids apply.

I have a feeling they are trying it on with trying to charge me. It's just frustrating when they can't give you an explanation!

Guess it will be a while before I get my phone back. Absolutely disgusted with the service.
