low volume from top speaker

I'm finding it very difficult to hold a telephone call as it's so quiet and the volume appears to be at its loudest.
Also listening to music the majority of the sound comes from lower speaker please any help would be fantastic

Settings > sound > audio settings > Sound effects > is S-Force on?

I've tried it with both what's setting should it be on there is a huge difference in speaker volume I'm talking 90% louder from the bottom speaker

If you play your music and cover one of the speakers with your finger does the sound from the uncovered speaker still produce 50% of the volume.
So it doesn't matter which speaker you cover up you still hear the same even volume?

Almost same issue here. When I listen to music with headphones or use speaker it sounds like only 50 procent of normally loudness very weird, adjusting doesn't help
