Today a black mark of blur appear, after ages of cleaning the outer lens the problem remained. Upon further inspection the inner side of the lens looked really grimey. my question is, how much would it cost to get cleaned (GBP)?

Note: The blur mark is not easily pinnable when looking at the camera lens; Also, the black fade mark blur thing moves under the lens when shaking my phone. I can see this when recording, looking at the camera/phone screen.
