I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have any screen protector that you have put on the phone? In that case you could try to remove it. Otherwise it unfortunately sounds like there might be some hardware issue.

Good afternoon.
I am with a problem in my sony ericcson live with walkman I updated to version 4.0.4 ICS gave well over two months now past two months the touch screen is not working right I have to click 2-3 times for it to go where want and that makes me frustrated.
Texting is the same thing but when connected to the PC no longer need to click 2-3 times it seems that the problem disappears.

Note: I already have the phone two years, and the warranty is over.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. I suggest that you first of all try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > click on the blue highlight (Repair my phone/tablet). Do this without the phone connected. Follow the instructions on screen to perform the repair.
