&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to navigate in the menus, I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phone/tablet software &amp;gt; Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) &amp;gt; Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi i am now getting the following message on my phone everytime i turn on the phone. unfortunitly the process com.android. systemui has stopped. &amp;nbsp;the only way to turn the phone off is to take the battery out. help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
