topic Two serious questions about SBH-52 in XPERIA archive

I have to admit that the only thing I feel satisfied in SBH52 is how it looks. SONY does built good looking things but other than that its hard to tell.

Two quick questions. 1, how do I upgrade the firmware if I only got iPhone? My Xperia is broken so I can't use the Sony made app anymore.

Second, every time comes a phone call the headset just rings itself, even if the phone is on silent mode. This is annoying! I know I can push the volume down button to minimise the voice but I need to do it everytime I pair it with the phone. What makes this worse is, turning down the volume on SBH also turn down volume on my phone. Can I permanently disable the ringing functions or I just have to go back to WM1?

Hi,

You can update the SBH52 using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > click start under update accessories.

I'm not really sure how the SBH52 behaves with iPhone but as I understand your possibilility is to lower the sound to minimum.
