Z1 won't rotate screen to horizontal mode

Hi!

So, I was trying to watch a vídeo in full screen, só tryed to rotate the phone. However, the screen continued in the vertical mode. I tryed to unable and enrole the settings aborto five times, but nothing happened. It only worked after I turned down the device.

Anyone knows a solution which won't force me to turn it down?

I think there might have been a 3rd party app involved.I suggest you to keep an eye on the device and report if that occurs again.

I had this until I had to restart my phone every time to regain its smart screen rotating functionality. However, you might find useful to swtich it off when you're not using it. Then, when you need it, you switched on that mode again.
