      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I recently tried to update Xperia Z1 compact, but then the update failed message appeared. This site suggested to perform a phone repair through PCC. However, it says that all of my data will be erased. I had not made a backup yet, how can i save my photos/videos?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
