Internet with WiFi only

I only have internet when i am connected to WiFi. I have turned my mobile data usage on but still doesnt work. Is this a phone or carrier issue?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

To be able to use the mobile network, you need to download internet settings which can be done via Settings > More... > Internet settings. You can find more info regarding this at the following link:

Thanks Hampus, I have downloaded the settings, the box appears with the tick in it but i still dont have internet acess. I have full coverage

Have you tried to restart the phone? If yes, I suggest that you check so you have correct settings via Settings > More... > Mobile network > Access Point Names. You should contact your operator to check these settings and also make sure that your subscription is activated with internet access.

Seems to be fixed. I think this was a carrier issue rather than a phone issue. Thanks
