Hi

New to posting here, any help would be appreciated! I have checked on several forums regarding this issue and tried the main 2 solutions listed, but it has not helped.

I've had my new Xperia SP for around 5 weeks, I don't make many calls, but the last few days the people that I call cannot hear me. I can hear them fine however.

I've listened myself and a very quiet, delayed, distant, echoey voice can be heard occasionally only. It is only slightly better when loudspeaker is on at the SP end. It is so bad that they hang up thinking nobody is there.

I haven't yet used the headphones on my mobile, but did try inserting them and removing in case this solved the issue. (it didn't) I have also used the 'repair phone' factory setting reset option/install update via PC Companion, which made no difference either.

Help!!

Thanks in advance.....
