Hi Machrie

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, I can advise that this may be related to the Bluetooth device you are connecting to. I would first suggest that you try performing a reset on the Range Rover Bluetooth device and removing the Bluetooth account from the phone. Once done, try connecting the device again.

If this fails, then I suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the car kit and inquire about the issue.

I hope this helps.

I can pair my phone with my car (a Range Rove Evoque), and also transfer the phone book to the car, but the phone book then disappears from the car. Has anyone else had this problem and if so can it be fixed?
