      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is hard locked then this is either a network phone and as such the network would have done this or you had the ability to enter an unlock code but a wrong code was entered X amount of times resulting in the device been hard locked - So there is no way to unlock this device&lt;/P&gt;</description>
