sony pc companion does not work

Hello sony,Im' trying to reset my xperia z3 to a back up file using sony pc companion but it takes ages for the restore stage to complete..i have waited for the past one hour and i have attached the image below for your reference.Please advise in soonest possible as this is not really a pleasant experience with a new handset.

How large is the backup file?

It's 520mb..

i tried restoring one type of data at a time and it worked.and I again tried by choosing all the data type only on left/right side as shown and it restored without any long pause.the long pause happens only when i choose all the data type at same time for restore...

I suggest you to avoid backing up the media files with PCC,copy them manually.
