    <description>They did examine. But it's happening for the second time. I am going to be without a phone for another week. And Sony Türkiye makes me think that they are not good at technical service. Wish I hadn't bought but too late.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks anyway.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the plug cover of my Z2 dislocates slowly and after a few minutes it comes out completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is İstanbul, Turkey and noone helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
