Hello SamDK, do you have any screen protector in the phone?? I tell you this, because my cousin with a big Z1, had many of your problems, and He was to go to the Shop for this problem, and I see that he had a screen protector, we remove this and all the issues gone out.

Regards.

Well, after some time with this phone im getting to the end of the line.... its supposed to be top of the line, quite expensive etc, but all the problems occurring for me and a lot of other users make me think about how wise it was to choose Sony brand phone...

let me list, and if Sony listens here, could I just have my money back?

Proximity sensor not working, 5, 10, 60 minutes at a time, allmost everyday.

Phone boots for no reason

SMS writing, program boots, and sms has to be written all over again

Flash turns on for no reason

Settings changes for no reason, sound to no sound, wifi , 4g turns on and off uncontrollable

What are Sony doing about all this??

Regards, Søren
