Sony M restarts after Inserting 3g SIM

I have got my BSNL 3g sim 2 weeks back, wtih great difficulty I have managed to make it work. But most prevailantly the problem seems to hover around the WIFI and Bsnl 3g. I had done a factory reset...still no good.

Issue:1) When I turn off the WIFI, the phone is switched from wifi to 3g data the phone unconrollably restarts 4 to 5 times.

2) Al my contacts before the reset was gone, attempts to restore from backup di not work.

3) The phoen still restarts randomly

Any help

You might need a new SIM.

Contact your network provider to see the possibility of replacing SIM card, in most cases the replacement is free of charge.
