Test the headphones with another device, also restart your phone

restart your phone and check again

if that doesn't work then check if there's any dust inside the 3.5mm connector

sorry but i bought my phone since 7day ago

and when i plug the headphone i hear a sound such as a( tick tick tick) in headphone

then it stop

Re-install the latest update with PCC and check again, if that doesn't work then take it back to the store

Sounds like the exact issue I'm having. It's a defective device. See my thread on here called "False Advertising by Sony Store".
