I have brought Xperia Z2 in month of MAY 2014 which includes accidental damage. Recently in month of August My Xperia Z2 Phone had a slight damage on the screen when I went to service center near my place (Service center: ABHIVRUDHI TECH) in 7th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore, They said I need to submit my phone with a wirtten letter how the damaged has caused &amp; One Address Proof with the orginal bill, by which they will send my phone for approval to change the screen free of cost, I wrote a letter with the full information and submitted my phone on 16th August and they said it will take 15days. After a week I received a call stating they have misplaced my address proof and asked me to resubmit the document once more which I emailed them on 24th August, Later when I called them on September 1st for update they said they havent received my document.
