I had update my phone and reset many time...

Please give me permanent solutions...

I hate using Sony...

I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

i am having the same problem. my phone turns out 3-4 times a day. i know there is a problem with the ram in the e1 model. is there any new update that is going to be brought out soon. i have only had my phone sinse may and it has has non stop problems

I'm also having the same problem: my phone auto restarts very often.

I think it has to do with the STAMINA mode.

I would like to suggest Sony to officially assess this serious issue; how confident may I be on buying another Xperia, an expensive one?
