Hi,

The device firstly didn't recognize the headset, then switched off and don't responding anymore. It's not even recognized when connected to the computer via usb

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for about 5-10 seconds to see if your phone reacts? Do this when your phone is not connected to any kind of power source.

hy look i made what y sead but now is lighting, shows the batrry empy one and ones again. what y need to do now. the phone is new haves only 3 mothns, and never had any problem.only today when soudly ded

Brilliant, thank you. This simple trick took me from a dead to a working phone in a few seconds. Odd that I can't find this trick in the phone's manual. Thank you.

This has worked for me too, but this is the second tim it has happened, does anybody know if Sony has a fix or what causes this?

It happens to me 2-3 times a day, it is very annoying

Tried soft and hard reset, tried the pc erase and reinstall option, come to the point like many sony phones to give it away and buy a moto g
