Hello,

I have tried to update to the lasted Andriod version on my Xperia SP - that's 4.3, but I used PC Companion to do so.

At some moment, it showed me an error message and the update failed. After that the phone is completely dead: I can't turn it on, even with charging, pressing Volume - / + and Power Button. The PC won't detect the phone at all. I think it deleted the software entirely. Please help.

That sounds quite bad.
But just to be honest, there is a little chance that you might bricked your phone.
The software inside your phone might got corrupted and that will cause a few malfunction of the motherboard.
Yeah,if your phone's LED lit up during charging, then your motherboard might be still working.
If not,i suggest to bring your phone to the nearest Sony Center to repair the damage. If you are still covered by the warranty, then the charge might not be applied for the service. But you might have to pay for the new motherboard.
