it had been working...

but now when i select runtastic on my watch, it starts to load and then says "see phone"

there is no message on the phone...

i cant see any settings wrong on the phone, and runtastic works on the phone (alone)

however when i go into the phone and its smartconnect settings for my SW2 and press the runtastic line... nothing happens (when i press other apps in the list it takes me to either settings or some kind of info)...

there does not appear to be an extension in google play anymore either?

smartwatch 2 and runtastic are a good idea to use together. But I'm a bit disappointed about the usability because after few seconds my smartwatch 2 turns display to clock use. It would be great to see runtastic display during all my workout. Is there a chance to switch to this function?

Hello,

I mainly bought my smartwatch2 for using it with runtastic pro and I´m also disappointed that everytime I want to see my pace I have to press the ON button twice.

It would be great, when the display for runtasic would work like in the timer app, where only the backlighting is turned off.

I´m not sure who have to make changes to the software Sony or Runtastic.

how do you know if you have pro please?

i entered the code, logged in with fb, downloaded what i think was the free version (it said download free not pro, and the only pro showed as nearly £5) and it talks about a 2 week trial of "gold" ???

i think i figured it out.

gold is the website

pro is the app.

so if i have the features of "pro" then its "pro" and not a trail of "gold" as given when you log into the website.

The code can be found on the Runtastic card which is inside your SmartWatch SW2 box when you purchase the watch. It basically turns your Runtastic from free to Pro version.

I too hope to see a solution for this, perhaps an option to prevent the screen from locking when certain apps are running?

Does seem a little strange that the compatibility of runtastic is promoted to the point of giving the pro version for free (although pointless to me as i already had it previously) when the app disappears on screen lock. Having to try and mess about with pressing power twice and openning app is far from helpful. Your almost better off sticking to the audio prompts on headphones. It should be always on and allow some flexibility of running stats which are displayed.

Please add "low power mode" for app, without this functionality screen is going off after 5 sec.

Despite having the pro version that comes with the smart watch 2. I have stopped using the app after one usage.

Like what other users has mentioned, having a low power mode would have been a great addition. This is something that should have been worked out from the start in order to entice people who are into fitness.

Hopefully we will get to see an update soon

some have to solve this problem.
runtastic says its sony have to enable this . we must to use this app when the screen is always ON
its so basic

why someone not help???
sony, HELP Please!!!!!!!!! no one use this app and every 2 min turn screen on.

This happened to anyone else??

I have a message that says "active pro version" or similar in my watch.

What I have to do?
