wt19i Battery Problem - Phone turns off

Hello,

I have wt19i with ICS(.587)

I am experiencing very unacceptable problem with battery Calculation done in Phone.

Sometimes phone turns off when battery % is around 50%.

Here is a Screenshot showing it decreased to 0%.

I know that Phone was Awake because i forgot to close some game.

But this same happens with minimal awake time also.

Second thing i want to say when Sony is going to fix the ICS.

If you treat customers like that "No one will believe" in you.

Never Buying Sony Again.

And also please do not tell me to "Repair" phone as i did it already.

Are you using any task killers or battery savers?There must be apps acting up in the background.

As i said in my original post.

The Screenshot was taken in the case when i forgot to kill the game.

But this also occured under normal usage but i don't have a screenshot for that.

If i will have screenshot for normal condition i will surely post here..

But anyway that doesn't matter what matters to me is how any battery can draw out around 50%.

Battery looks fine cause it is still working full day.

Also i don't use any task killer,battery saver etc..

I suggest you try and repair phone software via sony update service.It might have been a glitch or an error in displaying battery percentage.
