I am feeling absolute disgust with Sony and the service they provide. I swear for the rest of my life I will never purchase any Sony product ever again and I will persuade anyone I know not to as well. In fact I will sell my TV, Phone, Tablet and any Sony product I own.
All I want is to get my Tablet fixed and every channel I went through they gave me a different story. Sony NZ/Aus the young punks at the contact centre said NO Sony product has international warranty while the retailer is any to provide one.
I tried contacting the service centre FoneBiz Aus for the last 4 days no one ever answers the phone and the punk at the Sony contact centre told me BTW "They are one of the biggest service centre, so they are very busy"
WELL SO AM I!!!
I am incredibly dissappointed with the staff's attitude and I'll rather giveaway your faulty product to the homeless then pay you to fix YOUR faulty goods.
