    <description>&lt;P&gt;PC companion does not recognise the phone, it shows as no phone is connected, anyway thanks for your support i ll wait another 6 hours and than to the repair service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need help, my car was fine suddenly it freezes for a good while, so I unplugged the phone battery hoping to get it restart since forced reboot didn't work (power button + volume key) so now I m stuck with the repair icon and its been 3 hours...and in addition I just got a lot of response from the net consisting of updating using SUS but need the phone to be rebooted and here i have another problem , my phone is not responding to any button (power + volume up, power + volume down ....) and I don't how to back up my info if the phone wont be repaired&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes the same icon and bar.... omg 24 hours....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if i want to switch my sim card, i need to unplug the battery, it will restart and need to wait another 24 hours if not done right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for your support&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't recommend that you abort it. If you do it will probably restart the repair process from the beginning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its been 24 hours now and still&amp;nbsp;under the&amp;nbsp;repair icon&amp;nbsp;.... i had no problem with the phone for a year&amp;nbsp;whatsoever and now stuck wiz this just frustrating to wait with no phone....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way to get my files backed up and to restore my software.... it s taking a lot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the phone doesn't start there's unfortunately no way of making a backup of the phone.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I recommend that you try making a repair of the phones software using PC Companion and see if that helps.
