Could not Download Update

Hello,

I am using Xperia P in Bangladesh. Three months earlier, I received software update notification of the official 6.2.A.1.100 firmware version. I tried to download it several times through wi-fi and also through my laptop, but failed. My phone shows "could not download" after downloading to around 55%. The internet speed is not very good, so I am not looking forward to update via laptop as it may take ages

What can I do to update my phone?

Try going to a Sony centre to get it updated as you need fast internet speed to update the firmware. Cheers

Try to use sony update service with your laptop.You need an average internet connection for these updates,they are about 500 mb.

Hi, you might want to check your firewall and anti-virus program.

U really need a fast connection to download the lastest update which is nearly 653 MB .. try any netcafe centers ,. go with SUS set up file, install there and jus update !!

May be it was just about the speed. I finally downloaded the update via wifi and installed it.
