issue with my Xperia L

My Xperia L is just a month old. It keeps shutting down whenever it feels like-when I'm listening to music, talking to someone, sending an sms or when I open my phone I just discover that it has shut down and I need to restart the phone.

I gave it twice to the service center and they said they had upgraded the software on my phone and i see that it has the latest version of Jelly Bean. However, this has not resolved my problem. Now after the latest repair, not only does it still keep shutting down, I also see that the battery is draining out way too quickly.

Not sure what I should do...how many more times do I visit the center...

install advance task killer and du battery . and soft tat increase performance .. email me at rjsnh1522@gmail.com

Don't use task killers. Jelly bean OS is able to manage apps and processes by itself.

Try to load os in safe mode and verify if issue is the same

Turn off the device.
Press and hold down the power key until the phone vibrates.
Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.
To exit safe mode, restart the device.

If same issue most likely is a motherboard/processor issue. So unit needs another repair

Thanks. Will take it back and have them check if it is the motherboard issue...
