Sony Xperia Z sound switch suddenly from Loudspeaker to ear speaker

Dear Sir

I have Sony Xperia Z (1 month back),

the Loudspeaker in my phone suddenly off and not working and just ear speaker is working when i play music the sound come from ear speaker not from loud speaker. to switch on sound on loud speaker i have to restart my phone.

please need your help

just to be clear my issue is:

sound has stopped coming out of my loudspeaker and video ,alarms ,music ,etc all play through the ear speaker , then i restart the phone ,the loud speaker is working again , after few days suddenly it stops again and everything plays through the ear speaker. the problem is gone when i restart , but i don't know why it keeps on happening again.

well i think sony's android developer have poor experience in Android OS. i had seem all phone have unpredictable issues...n bugs...

There's no setting in the phone that could cause this problem. Do you know if this happens after you have used a certain accessory like a headset or does the problem start after using a certain app?

In the middle of conversation(-s) I will not hear anything anymore. I have to turn on loudspeaker to be able to continue the conversation. after restarting the phone most if the time the problem is solved for some time but after a few conversations I have to talk on speaker function again.

Very annoying since this is my Business Mobile and I use it a lot.
